Saturday night at fellowship.... 7/10/2004

We were all sitting in one of our backyards - enjoying dinner and fellowship. Some of the kids had finished eating and were playing on the swing set.

A strange noise of rushing water suddenly fills the air..

To our horror, we watch our host’s above-ground pool give way, and release a torrent of water.

And we see a wall of water rushing at us....

We all jump up and run for cover....

Luckily none of the water came in the house, and their drainage system took care of most of the water within an hour.

But it certainly brought about talk about what the parting of the red sea must of been like. Our host, who likes everything done perfectly, got to enjoy being authentic and laughing with all of us...

And next time we get together, we will probably do the wave......

And.... we all made a memory that we won't soon forget...
